I am a PhD Candidate at Stony Brook University in the Department of English. I am originally from Connecticut and currently live in Brooklyn, New York. 

 

My dissertation constructs an eco-performative reading of post-1945 nuclear technologies and media including theatre, film, and protest movements. My work sits at the intersection of ecocriticism and performance studies with a particular focus on feminist and post-colonial theories.

I have also published poetry and creative non-fiction in U.S. and internationally based outlets.

Outside of my academic and creative work I enjoy traveling, photography, baking, and cooking.
